In strict adherence to Clause 3 of our Sacred Charter (अष्ट-संकल्प), Khejri Ke Balaji Trust never uses plastic bubble wrap, synthetic tape, or thermocol pouches.All sacred prasadam boxes and samagri kits are packed in biodegradable, artisan-made materials: handwoven Rajasthani jute bags, dried sal leaf containers, recycled unbleached cardboard boxes, and raw cotton sealing thread.
1. Items Governed by this Policy
This shipping policy applies to all tangible consecrated items distributed through the Trust portal:
- Khejri Sacred Prasadam Box (₹251): Barmeri Sangri sweets, roasted grams, dried desert berries, and five (5) native Khejri Seed Balls.
- Zero-Chemical Sacred Pooja Samagri Kit (₹351): Cow-dung guggul dhoop, flower-derived non-toxic sindoor, pure clay diyas, and cotton wicks.
- Khejarli Sacred Soil (Mitti): Consecrated soil from the 1730 martyrdom site in an earthen pot.
Note: Purely spiritual seva pledges (such as Tree Adoption, Parinda Water Bowls, and Akhand Diya lighting) are executed directly at our sanctuary groves in Rajasthan and do not involve physical parcel shipping; digital certificates and GPS coordinates are transmitted instantly via WhatsApp and email.
2. Processing & Consecration Time
Every prasadam box and samagri kit is individually presented and consecrated before Balaji Maharaj during the morning Mangala Aarti (04:00 AM) prior to dispatch.

All dispatches originate from our central sanctuary dispatch center in Rajasthan, India. We partner primarily with India Post (Speed Post / Registered Parcel) and eco-conscious surface courier services.

5. Shipping Charges & Subsidized Cost
In keeping with our charitable ethos, shipping charges across all serviceable Indian pincodes are already included in the cost-recovery seva amount mentioned on the portal. There are strictly zero hidden delivery charges or cash-on-delivery premiums added at checkout.
6. Incorrect Address & Returned Parcels
Devotees are requested to provide an accurate, complete shipping address with landmark and valid mobile number. If a parcel is returned to our sanctuary due to incorrect address, recipient absence, or door locked after multiple postal attempts, we will contact you on WhatsApp (+91 9664281174) to arrange a fresh re-dispatch.
