1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using this platform, taking the digital eco-pledge, ordering consecrated prasadam, or contributing voluntary seva offerings (including adopting trees, sponsoring bird water bowls, or lighting diyas), you (“Devotee”, “User”, or “You”) unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the platform.
2. Nature of Platform & Non-Commercial Character
The platform is an instrument of sacred devotional service dedicated to Lord Hanuman (Balaji Maharaj) and the sacred memory of the 1730 Khejarli martyrdom. In accordance with Clause 8 of the Sacred Charter (अष्ट-संकल्प):
- There are strictly zero commercial advertisements, corporate endorsements, or VIP privileges on this platform.
- All financial receipts are voluntary religious offerings (Seva / Daan) or recovery of actual procurement and postage costs for consecrated prasadam and eco-materials.
- 100% of net surplus is irrevocably committed to the planting, fencing, watering, and protection of indigenous trees (Khejri, Neem, Peepal) and temple cleanliness drives in Rajasthan and across India.
3. Voluntary Seva Offerings & Tree Adoptions
When you choose to sponsor an offering (e.g. “Adopt a Tree in Balaji’s Name” at ₹501, “Parinda Bird Seva” at ₹101, or “Akhand Diya” at ₹51):
- Charitable Dedication: Such contributions represent voluntary religious offerings dedicated to Pavanputra Hanuman Ji. They do not constitute an equity investment, purchase of real estate, or commercial timber contract.
- Geo-Tagging & Tree Care: The Trust undertakes reasonable efforts to plant and nurture the adopted sapling in sanctuary groves or local forest pockets for a period of up to three (3) years using 100% plastic-free bio-fencing. In natural events of extreme drought, frost, or wildlife damage, the Trust will re-plant the sapling during the next suitable monsoon cycle.
- Digital Certificates: The Digital Seva Pass and Tree Adoption Certificate are devotional certificates of honor and hold no transferable commercial or property rights.
4. Consecrated Prasadam & Pooja Samagri Delivery
Prasadam items (such as the Barmeri Sangri box and native Khejri seed balls) and pooja kits are consecrated during daily temple aartis and packed in 100% single-use plastic-free packaging (jute pouches, leaf plates, terracotta). Delivery is fulfilled in collaboration with postal/courier partners. Detailed terms regarding shipping timelines and transit damage are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
5. Online Payments & Financial Security
Online contributions are processed through RBI-authorized, PCI-DSS compliant payment aggregators (such as Razorpay, Cashfree, or UPI infrastructure).
